Lot 14: MIGRATION AND FORCED DISPLACEMENT covers the following sectors: Support to legal migration and mobility, Addressing irregular migration, Response to forced displacement, Addressing root causes of irregular migration and forced displacement, Support to migration governance / migration management, Migration and development, Protection of migrants, Collection, analysis and dissemination of migration/forced displacement-related data

This Framework Contract (FWC) provides expertise for the implementation of EU’s External Action.

Lot 16: EVALUATION AT INTERVENTION LEVEL covers evaluations of interventions (projects and programmes), in all sectors.

This FWC started on 13/02/2024 for an initial period of two years.

Long-Term Arrangement for Services (LTAS) for the provision of high-quality technical expertise to UNICEF in the area of Education (UNICEF)

Long term agreement for the provision of timely and high quality technical expertise to the UNICEF education sector.

 This LTA runs from 07/2020 to 07/2024.

Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) for the provision of consultancy services in conducting Impact Evaluations (UNICEF)

Long term agreement for the provision of specialised evaluation services.

This LTA runs from 11/01/2023 to 10/01/2025.

Global Evaluation and Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA) – Lot 4 (FCDO)

The Global Evaluation and Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA) is the primary mechanism of the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) for undertaking its monitoring and evaluation assignments. Lot 4 evaluates assignments valued at less than £600,000 and aims to improve the impact and value for money of the FCDO’s development spending while supporting the effective delivery of the FCDO’s strategic objectives.

This Framework Agreement runs from 01/02/2023 to 31/01/2025.

Global Development Delivery (GDD) Framework Agreement – Lot 8, Lot 9, Lot 10, Lot 11, Lot 14 (FCDO)

This Framework Agreement will enable FCDO (and other Government Departments) to access advice, expertise and delivery capacity in a cost efficient and effective manner across multiple thematic areas. It will enable FCDO/other Government Departments to commission multi-disciplinary teams of quality professionals to design, manage and deliver international development programme services.

The following thematic areas are covered:

• Lot 8: Climate Change and Nature
• Lot 9: Health and Humanitarian
• Lot 10: Education, Gender and Social Inclusion
• Lot 11: Economic Development and Trade
• Lot 14: Governance and Conflict

This Framework Agreement runs from 18/12/2023 to 17/12/2025.

Conflict, Stability, and Security Fund (CSSF) Framework Agreement – Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 (FCDO)

Framework Agreement to meet requirements of a wide variety of CSSF Programmes in support of the National Security priorities and objectives.

This FWC runs from 18/09/2023 to 17/09/2025.
