PROMAN is a highly experienced framework contractor. Framework contracts (FWC) are horizontal contracts put in place by donors to facilitate the implementation of external aid. The objective of FWC is to provide, via individual assignments defined and contracted through Specific Contracts, short-term expertise which can be mobilised at very short notice.
This LTA is established to conduct impact evaluations that provide indications of whether programmes supported by UNICEF and partners are making a difference in the lives of children and their communities. Impact evaluations are conducted for both learning and accountability purposes as well as help shape plans for scaling up programmes. They are mostly conducted at the country level.
UNICEF evaluations may investigate any theme related to its supported programming. Core programmatic sectors include:
