PROMAN has been awarded the contract for the independent appraisal of Sierra Leone’s Education Sector Plan 2022-2026. The four-month consultancy will conduct a comprehensive review of the draft ESP, analysing its strengths and areas for improvement, as well as the ownership of the plan and the participatory process of plan development.
