Since early 2015, PROMAN as member of the consortium led by Louis Berger has been providing Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Social Assistance and Reinsertion (MINARS) in the framework of the Support Project for Vulnerable Groups. The contract has been extended, with the project now to end in December 2020.
