Detailed description of project Back
The overall objective of the project of which this contract is part is to contribute to sustainable development in Madagascar and the reduction of poverty through inclusive economic growth driven by trade. PROCOM aims to strengthen the capacity of the private sector to grow inclusively and to be more competitive on national, regional and international markets, notably through: (i) strengthening intermediary organizations to act as a lever for change and competitiveness; (ii) developing technical, managerial and marketing skills of MSMEs; and (iii) facilitating and securing commercial transactions of MSMEs nationally, regionally, and internationally.
The specific objectives of this TA contract are:
Setting-up and management of a Programme Coordination Unit (PCU) through a LT and ST TA team supporting FCCIM.
The PCU will be responsible for overall programming, implementation and monitoring of project activities.
The expert team consist of:
