Detailed description of project:

Technical assistance to the Ministry of Education and UNICEF for the design, facilitation, and capitalization of a multi-stakeholder national consultation on the renewed vision for primary schools, organized as part of the National Seminar on the Image of Primary Schools

The mission aimed to support the Ministry in strengthening student participation and school life by placing children’s voices at the heart of strategic thinking on school improvement.

Services included methodological preparation, facilitation of three participatory workshops (students and teachers), cross-analysis of contributions, and production of a structured summary report with operational recommendations.

The intervention incorporated cross-cutting dimensions related to gender, inclusion, and children’s psychosocial well-being, in accordance with UNICEF’s methodological guidelines.

Nature of services provided:

  • Development of the methodology and facilitation tools for the three participatory workshops, integrating gender, inclusion, and psychosocial well-being dimensions.
  • Facilitation of two workshops with students (national seminar and Douz school) and one workshop with teachers and school club leaders.
  • Collected and structured participants’ contributions in a participatory, inclusive, and safe environment.
  • Cross-analysis of results and drafting of a summary report including key messages and operational recommendations.
