Support to the Ministry of Culture and Heritage Preservation for the realization of priority actions of the 2015 Annual Programme

The Ministry of Culture and Heritage Preservation requested support in the realization of four priority actions of its 2015 programme, namely:

• Develop a status for artists and body of Tunisian artistic professions according to their needs and expectations and regularizing their precarious situation;
• Strengthen the capacity of cultural institutions (cultural centers) in the operation, programming and organization of activities;
• Develop the documentary portal of the National Library of Tunisia;
• Conduct a communication campaign on Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Type of services provided

The mission is undertaken by a team of four experts:

• Expert in management and cultural engineering (TL);
• Expert in legislation;
• Expert in documentary funds digitization;
• Communication expert.

The TL is provided by B&S Europe, while all other experts are contracted by PROMAN.
