Detailed description of project Back

The objective of this contract is to contribute to the youth professional integration by identifying sectoral career profiles linked to the YOG so as to develop specific training for the identified profiles ahead of the Dakar 2026 YOG.

The identification of training and integration pathways will be an important added value of this study for the formulation of the “Employment Dynamics for the Dakar 2026 YOG” action by creating itineraries from the YOG volunteer work to a genuine integration on the labour market through a targeted training for the identified career paths.
