Belize’s Education Sector Strategy 2011-2016 envisages significant improvements in school leadership and management for greater school effectiveness leading to improved effectiveness of teachers in supporting student achievement at all levels.
The objective of the is assignment is to build leadership and management capacity of primary school leaders (Managing Authorities and Principals)in Orange Walk and Corozal Districts so that they can more effectively support the development of Quality Child Friendly Schools that will nurture holistic education of students and enhance performance of teachers in the northern region of the country. The team will work closely with counterparts and other key institutions to develop capacity and develop relationships/partnerships with national and local institutions in the region.
PROMAN provides the services the National Training Expert while Cambridge Education provides the services of the TL. The Team:
