Diagnostic of the Higher Education Subsector in Angola – Identification and Formulation mission 11th EDF

The objective of the mission is to support the Government of Angola, and in particular the NAO in the identification and formulation of the support project to the higher education sector, to be financed under the 11^th EDF.

The expected results include:

• Diagnosis of the subsystem of Higher Education in Angola, including analysis of strategies, policies, plans and programs and evaluation of institutional and financial capacity at national, provincial and municipal level, identification of the main constraints and challenges of the subsystem by 2020;
• Scenario of development of the subsystem of Higher Education up to 2020 from the perspective of EU funding through the 11th EDF;
• Project Action Document covering the identification and formulation stages, their annexes and supporting documents (e.g. feasibility study).
