The general objective is to formalize an implementation plan for the Justice Professional Training Centre (CFPJ) in order to pilot the activities to be put in place for the Centre to become operational and to assume its mission for the coming years.

The specific objectives of the mission are :

  • Study of the overall context for the set-up of the Justice Professional Training Centre (CFPJ);
  • Define an implementation plan, which identifies, outlines and plans processes and activities to be put in place in order for the Justice Professional Training Centre to be operational;
  • Clarify the implementation modalities of the realized implementation plan by identifying the resources which are needed during the implementation of each activity, as well as the stakeholders to be associated at each step.

The project is based on a strong participatory approach, involving both institutional partners and beneficiaries at every stage of the mission.

Type of services provided

PROMAN provides the services of an expert consultant in the organisation and set-up of training centres for the justice sector.

  • Prepare a report on the overall context, as a precursor to the implementation plan;
  • Develop an implementation plan for the Justice Professional Training Centre;
  • Make a presentation of the implementation plan and discuss it with stakeholders and integrate their remarks/comments;
  • Develop core recommendations on sustainability issues for the Centre.
