The general objective of this contract is to contribute to the implementation of the strategy of the EU-Morocco Cooperation, particularly in promoting protection and social assistance mechanisms, while promoting the cross-cutting objectives of the European Commission.

The specific objective is to undertake an identification and formulation of the EU Social Protection Support Programme – Phase II.

The overall objective of this EU Social Protection Support Programme in Morocco is to contribute to the reduction of inequalities, the improvement of social cohesion and the tangible improvement of the human development of Moroccan society by promoting equitable access to social and basic services in a rights-based approach.

Type of services provided

• Analysis of the state of play in key areas;
• Identification of the possible strategic response of the European Union;
• Definition of the terms of implementation of the program;
• Analysis of complementary actions;
• Description of the program, program implementation, risks and assumptions;
• Consolidation and finalization of deliverables for the support program.
