The role of the General Education, MHPSS, SEL and Inclusion Coordinator is to ensure coherent, inclusive and high-quality implementation of project activities in general secondary education, MHPSS, SEL, conflict sensitivity and inclusion. This includes cross-sectoral coordination, expert guidance, and liaison with national education authorities and initiatives. The expert will also support curriculum development and contribute to project MEAL practices and processes.

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize technical information for use in planning and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and specialized applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
  • Organizational skills, ability to analyze and summarize.
  • Autonomy, ability to anticipate and manage proactively.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment under pressure.

Specific professional experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in education policy development and project implementation, inclusive education, MHPSS or SEL program coordination.
  • Proven record of inter-sectoral coordination and capacity building in crisis-affected or reforming contexts.
  • Experience in working with children/students from vulnerable and minority groups.
  • Extensive experience in Early Childhood Development area.
