PROMAN (www.proman.lu), a Luxembourg based international consultancy company specialized in development cooperation, part of the Alinea Group is urgently seeking to recruit a Senior Evaluation Specialist, who will be involved in both project management and business development with specific focus on our portfolio of evaluations.

Your profile:

Completed university studies (Master) in a related subject.
More than 12 years’ professional experience as evaluation expert in project implementation, project management and business development of/for evaluation assignments of development projects (evaluations of projects and programmes, strategic evaluations) covering a wide variety of sectors, under bilateral and multilateral donor funding (EU, UNICEF, AFD, FCDO, World Bank etc.).
Proven expertise in leading teams.
C1/C2 level in both English and French.
