The purpose of this role is to strengthen PROMAN’s business development capacity. This role will be directly responsible for preparation of proposals and tenders, across the business development cycle, including:

  • Leading the preparation of administrative documents for Expressions of Interest and tenders, especially ensuring compliance with EU requirements.
  • Coordinating internally and externally with partners for administrative requirements to meet submission timelines.
  • Quality assurance for accuracy and completeness of administrative documents.
  • High-quality formatting and compilation of proposal documents, annexes, and CVs.
  • Preparing templates and formatting of technical proposals.
  • Consistent updates and maintenance of expert and project databases.
  • Effective tracking and filing of bid documentation.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience on EU tenders.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
  • Demonstrated experience with formatting and document handling.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, full MS Office proficiency is a plus.

Considered an asset:

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Experience with other multilateral and bilateral donors (GIZ, UN and World Bank).

The role can be Luxembourg-based or homebased.
