In order to strengthen our team, we are urgently looking for a FWC Acquisition Manager, specialized in EU-funded framework contracts.

Qualifications

  • Masters in development finance, economics, administration, management, and/or related areas.
  • Proven experience in business development of international development cooperation projects under EU framework contracts modality.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of business development experience with EU/INTPA FWC SIEA 2018/2023 framework contracts.
  • Experience in business development in one or more of the following thematic areas would be an advantage: environment, biodiversity, water, forestry, food security, agriculture, and nutrition.
  • Experience within the OACPS would be an asset.

Language Skills

  • Bilingual (French/English).
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be an added advantage.
  • The use of any other languages spoken in OACPS member countries would be an asset.
