The overall objective (Impact) to which this action contributes is: the sustainable development of Cuba through the contribution of the cooperation agreement between the EU and Cuba, ensuring that EU-funded actions achieve maximum results, with sustainable impact.

The specific objective (Outcome) of this contract is as follows: to conduct comprehensive sector-specific studies and strategic analyses to provide data and insights that will guide project planning, resource allocation, and risk management, improving project management decision-making and ultimately projects’ impact.

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (Strong written communication skills).

Skills:

• Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with data management and document organization systems.
• Ability to draft reports, terms of reference, invitations, etc.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• High level to attention to details, ensuring accuracy.

General professional experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant role, supporting senior management.
• Experience handling scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings and office management tasks.
• Experience in communicating with clients, stakeholders or partners. Experience in Cuba will be an asset.
• Experience performing assistant-related tasks in complex environments.

Specific professional experience:

• Familiarity with EU development cooperation frameworks is desirable.
