The overall objective (Impact) to which this action contributes is: To help position the European Union (EU) as a partner of reference among selected target audiences in ASEAN.

The specific objective (outcome) of this contract is as follows: Measurably increase awareness and positive perception of the EU-ASEAN partnership, in particular around key Global Gateway priorities.

Qualifications

Qualifications and skills:

• Master in advertising, marketing, content marketing or campaigning or any other fields relevant to this assignment, or a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields plus 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) and ability (skill) to work and prepare reports in English should be demonstrated.

General professional experience:

• A minimum of ten years of general professional experience in advertising, marketing, content marketing or 360° campaigns should be demonstrated.

Specific professional experience:

Within the above ten years of professional experience required, the expert has to demonstrate:

• A minimum of two years of experience as a team leader in overseeing and coordinating relevant activities; or equivalent multiple short-term assignments totalling 24 months.
• A minimum of two years in managing campaigns; or equivalent multiple short term assignments totalling 24 months.
• A minimum of two years in working with the public sector or with entities implementing actions/projects financed through public funds; or equivalent multiple short time assignments totalling 24 months.
• Relevant professional experience of working in Southeast Asia would be an asset.
