The expert guided and accompanied the UNRWA’s staff through the whole process of project preparation and at the same time strengthened their capacities and abilities in project formulation and PCM and assisted in the preparation of concrete comprehensive project proposals.
The process took place through participatory workshops and on hands training while in each step of the process comments and feedback of the EC were taken into consideration.
