The IDC government’s custodian of development cooperation has as its responsibility to develop capacity for management of ODA within government departments.

The capacity building sought, is aimed at ensuring the process of developing Policy Guidelines and Resources Mobilization Strategy for the effective and efficient management of ODA within DPW.IDC will enter into a formal contract with a preferred service provider to assist in the development of ODA Policy guidelines and resources mobilization strategy for DPW.
