The overall objective of this technical assistance is to contribute to the implementation of the European Union’s intervention in support of the national literacy strategy of the Kingdom of Morocco.

The specific objective of this technical assistance is to formulate the third phase of the EU Support Program for the implementation of the National Literacy Strategy (ALPHA III), a continuation of the two previous programs.

Type of services provided

• Critical and in-depth analysis of key areas of sector appreciation;
• Formulation of the third phase of the program to support the implementation of the national literacy strategy in Morocco;
• Finalization of deliverables.

The services are provided by a team of two experts:

• Expert in public literacy and/or adult education policies (TL) (54 m/d);
• Expert in andragogy and/or socio-professional integration of adults (54 m/d).
