PROMAN is taking the protection of personal data very seriously and has adopted this privacy policy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) and any other applicable national and/or international regulations regarding data protection.

In the following paragraphs we will explain: Which personal data is collected; how the information is used; restrictions on use; and how to contact us on privacy issues.

Personal Data

Personal data is any information that allows to identify a person such as name, identification number, location data, contact details or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person.

PROMAN collects and stores such personal data solely in the context of its professional activities as described on this website. With your permission, your personal data may be entered into a database for the purpose of matching expertise against contract opportunities. When you are contracted by PROMAN, personal data will be kept on record for fiscal and auditing purposes.

Please note our website does not collect cookies.

Use of Personal Data

CVs or other personal information will be kept strictly internal and will not be shared with any individual, company or agency outside PROMAN without an explicit consent. This includes but is not limited to clients, partners and other experts. Exception is made when you agree to being proposed for a specific assignment in which case you agree your CV to be shared with the client, the partners in the concerned consortium and the other members on the team and in particular the team leader.

Due to the specific nature of PROMAN's activity and the interest that both the experts and PROMAN have in finding successful matches, personal data may be kept in the data base for a period up to ten years, after which the data are automatically erased.

Information that you provide is securely stored on our servers with appropriate security and data protection measures in place; access to personal information is for PROMAN staff members only with a restricted access for sensitive information.

Your rights

You have the right at any given time:

  • To be forgotten and you may request for your data to be removed from our database.
  • To explicitly ask not to share personal data even with partners or team members on the same project.
  • To ask access to your personal data.
