Qualification and skills

• University degree;
• Fluent in English and French.

General Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in development cooperation;
• Proven experience as project manager.

Specific Professional Experience

• Good knowledge of EU project implementing modalities;
• Prior experience with EC framework contracts is an advantage.
